BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Serge Dubois, lawyer, started his career as a research clerk at the Court of Appeal of Quebec in Montreal and then established his practice in Sherbrooke in business law and business management. His expertise in administration and his legal expertise allow him to be a legal counsel for all business activities such as specific mandates in law or for mixed mandates in law and business management.

Mr. Dubois’ expertise is on incorporation, mergers, advice for business start-up, financial structuring, business contracts (shareholders agreement, limited partnership agreement, distribution contract, technological transfer, franchising, sub-contracting, lease, marketing agreement) sale or purchase of business, inter-generational transfer, organisational structure of companies, asset protection structure, operational diagnosis before a reorganisation, expansion or corporate recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency.
