Ms. Mélanie Pelletier’s, lawyer, practice is mainly in municipal, environmental and administrative law with municipal organizations. Her interventions are related to the implementation of the Act respecting Access to Documents Held by Public Bodies and the Protection of Personal Information, the Act Respecting Land use Planning and Development, the preservation of agricultural land, implementation of environmental laws, municipal contracts, ethics and deontology and includes representation before courts and administrative tribunals.
